TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

• All colours shown on this website are representatives only. All colours of clothing and merchandise are reproduced as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur in colour, as some colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolutions and individual monitor settings.
  
• When you order products from this website, you accept all responsibility of selecting a product that is suitable for your purpose.
  
• A size and measurements chart is on the website for every available item of clothing (a link to this is on each clothes page). Please make sure you have checked the measurements before placing your order.
  
• The Online Physie Shop product range or any part thereof can be discountinued or altered without notice.

Orders can be placed by:

• Online Order Form
• Email your order to: physieshop@hotmail.com
• Email your order via our contact page
• Download the order form, fill it in, attach it to an  email and email it to physieshop@hotmail.com
• Postal Ordering - down load our order form and post to the details provided on the form

Payment options:

• Cheque / Money Order / Cash
• Direct Deposit
• Credit Card / Debit Card - please note a 1.5% credit/debit fee applicable of the purchase price when paying with credit cards.

Prices:

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST
• Postage charges do apply

Postage Fee (Australia Wide):

• Postage charges do apply. Charges are Australian Post charges:
  • Small items package: $5.70
  • Medium items package: $9.90
  • Large items package: $18.50
  • Extra Large items package: T.B.A on invoice
    
• We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for goods lost or damaged in the post. We cannot accept delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances eg. floods and strikes etc.

Delivery Time:

• Within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, we will begin processing your order, whereby your invoice will be emailed to you, where you will need to make payment. Once receiving your payment your order will be dispatched. 

Back Order:

• Every effort i smade to ensure we dispatch your order completely. In the event that we are temporarily out of stock/sold out of any item, you will be notified via email with the expected time frame of when the item will be available. You either then have the choice of;
  •  waiting until that item becomes available
  • selecting another item
  • deleting the item from your order

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges:

• The Online Physie Shop will not accept refunds however will exchange unworn products that are in its original condition for another size or product. For exchanges to occur all original tags and packaging must be attached and unworn and undamaged. If items are not in its original condition it will be returned to you and postage charges will be applied.
• Exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of purchase
• Exchanges will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice
• Exchanges will incur further postage fees
• Exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or changing colours, please select your products carefully.

Cancellations:

• Due to the order process, The Online Physie Shop cannot accept cancellations. Please ensure that you select your order carefully.

• At The Online Physie Shop we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. When you order from our website, the information you provide us will be used for the purpose of fulfilling and dispatching your order.
• If you do not wish to receive communication about our specials and new products please advise us when confirming your order.
