HOSTING A PARTY
Hosting a Physie Shop Party is easy & lots of fun!
The Physie Shop will come to your house and set up a Product Display, that contains a full range of products in all colours & sizes; Clothes - Tops, Bottoms, Jackets & Jumpers, THE NEW Active & Practise Wear, Accessories, Bags, Stationery and Make Up. Then basically you and your guests will simply begin shopping; you can check out all the products, people may wish to try on clothes for sizes or even test the make up line for comps or daily use.
The Physie Shop will keep it simple for you, providing you with information, invitations, ideas & tips on how to make your party a success and how to maximise your party sales.
When & where can a Physie Shop Party be held and how long do they go for?
Currently Physie Shop Parties can be held any where throughout Queensland and Northern NSW, on Saturday's or Sunday's at any time day or night.
Parties usually go for a couple of hours. There is no product demonstration for individual products, basically we come to your house, set up a Product Display, then you and your guests will simply have a look, try on & test products. The Physie Shop Party Rep. will be able to answer all questions in regards to the products, and any information or advice can also be provided to the guests.
How many guests do I need to make it a successful party?
Parties can be successful & enjoyable with any number of guests between 5 to 55 or an entire club. However it does make sense to invite as many people as possible as probably not everyone will be able to make it.
Don't forget that you can collect orders from people who are unable to attend the party as this all counts towards your party total & therefore your gifts.
Who should I invite?
All your Physie friends of course! We recommend that you invite more than you expect to attend as you will never be able to book a date & time that suits everyone. Start with Physie friends, teachers, committee members, club mates, then maybe you know others from another club. You will find potential members in your mobile phone, email & facebook contacts.
Is a Physie Shop Party suitable for kids?
Absolutely! There is heaps of products from babies to ladies, so bring along your Physie babies & Physie girls to try on all the Little Miss Physie range on them.
Can my Physie Club hold a Physie Shop Party?
Yes definitely! It is a great way to get all your members to know each other & build some club spirit. Hold a Club Physie Shop Party at your house or a hall. The Gifts will be given to your club, so you could use them as a raffle prize at a later date or as an incentive to get your members supporting the fundraiser.
